A Creative Way to Generate New Revenue and New Referrals for Your Eldercare Business

Intro

Several years ago our firm developed   a comprehensive, nationwide caregiver support  program as a low cost alternative to the more expensive "work/life" programs provided by Fortune 500 companies.

Originally designed as an employee benefit, we have recently made modifications to make it attractive for a wide range of organizations to offer as a member benefit. This includes labor unions, church groups, banks and financial services organizations who can offer it to depositors and health care systems to offer to their clients and patients.

We recently began offering this program to eldercare professionals and others on a “private labeling” basis. If you’ve met with any of these groups in hopes of offering your services to them in your local market area you may have already learned that while they want to work with a local agency like yours, they also want assurances that the caregiver support services you offer are nationwide in scope since many of their employees/ customers/depositors (or their adult children) have “long distance” care needs.

You can now offer the “Elder Life Planning for Organizations” program with your name or brand on it, without the significant capital outlay that would be required to offer the comprehensive, nationwide service organizational prospects are seeking.

NEPC members can visit this site's File Cabinet and download materials that will give you an idea of how this program works for banks: community banks, not giants like wells Fargo and Citibank.

We currently have several agencies that put their brand on this program, including two non-profits that provide child care to employer groups who started asking about eldercare services. More employees now have aging parents needing care than have child care needs.

The  VNA  of Boston also puts their brand on our program so that they may offer it to companies in greater Boston for whom they provide flu clinics and wellness programs.

Once implemented, the “Elder Life Planning for Organizations” can quickly become a substantial new revenue source for  your business as well as generating a significant increase in high-quality referrals.

If you think you'd like to add this turnkey program to your menu of eldercare services drop me a note at  bob@elderlifeplanning.com.
